Hello everyone!

It’s been a little while since our last newsletter, and we’re happy to be back! October is here, and while fall in Northeast Florida may still involve shorts and air conditioning, it’s a great time to freshen up your space and enjoy a few seasonal traditions.

Don't forget to change your AC filter!

Yard Check-In 🌿

Take a little time this month to give your yard some attention:

  • Refresh mulch beds where the mulch has become thin or bare.

  • Pull weeds from planting beds and around walkways.

  • Edge your lawn along sidewalks, driveways, and planting beds.

  • Keep up with mowing and clear fallen branches or yard debris.

These small tasks help keep your home looking cared for and your outdoor spaces enjoyable.

Please report any issues with your home or property immediately. Whether it’s an irrigation problem, a leak, or something that isn’t working properly, letting us know right away helps us address it before it gets worse.

Small Changes, Cozy Spaces 🛋️

You don’t need a full decorating overhaul to make your home feel ready for fall. A few simple touches can make a big difference:

  • Swap pillow covers or add a lightweight throw in warm, seasonal colors.

  • Use lamps to create softer lighting in the evening.

  • Rearrange a few pieces you already own to give a room a fresh feel.

  • Clear off your patio seating so you’re ready to enjoy those cooler evenings.

Start with what you have and add a little seasonal personality!

Send us a photo of your fall decor to hannahshometeam@gmail.com and we'll feature it in our November newsletter!
