Hello everyone!
We hope your September is going great! Thank you all for your patience while we transitioned to our new property management software last month. We know changes like that can take a little extra time, and we truly appreciate your cooperation.
Don't forget to change your AC filter!
Back-to-School Energy Savings ✏️
With school back in session, many homes are a little quieter during the day. This is a great time to make a few small changes that can save energy (and lower bills!):
Set your thermostat a few degrees higher while no one is home.
Unplug small appliances and chargers when not in use.
Keep blinds or curtains closed during the day to reduce heat indoors.
Pest Prevention 🐜
September in Florida means warm weather and plenty of rain. Which also means more pests trying to sneak inside. A few quick habits can help:
Keep counters and sinks clear of food or standing water.
Store pantry items in sealed containers.
Use an at-home pest prevention spray near exterior entry points
Report any pest issues promptly so they can be addressed before spreading.
